Our Story
Create to Give began with a simple idea: young people can use their creativity and skills to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
What started as a youth-led idea has grown into an initiative focused on creating meaningful projects, bringing young people together and giving back to the community.
Through workshops, creative projects and community partnerships, we aim to turn ideas into action and create opportunities for young people to lead.

Moses Lian
Founder & Strategic Lead
Year12 Westlake Boys High School
Moses founded Create to Give with a vision of creating a youth-led initiative where creativity can be transformed into meaningful community impact.
As Founder & Strategic Lead, he leads the vision and direction of the initiative, develops new project ideas and frameworks, and guides strategic planning and long-term development. He also contributes to proposals, partnerships and project coordination, working to turn ideas into practical community projects.
Through Create to Give, Moses aims to create opportunities for young people to develop leadership, creativity and collaboration while making a positive difference in their communities.
Cindy Li
Youth Co-leader & community Engagement Lead
Year12 Westlake Girls High School
Cindy is a Year 12 international student who brings a cross-cultural perspective and a strong interest in connecting young people with their communities.
As Youth Co-Leader, she works closely with Moses to bring Create to Give projects into action. She leads community engagement, supports volunteer coordination, workshops, events and communications, and helps build relationships with participants and community partners.
Cindy brings a collaborative and people-focused approach to the initiative, helping create an inclusive environment where young people can share their ideas, skills and perspectives.

Chloe Sheng
Junior Creative Director
Creative Development & Materials
As Junior Creative Director, Chloe brings creativity and fresh ideas to Create to Give. She contributes to the development of designs, handmade projects and creative activities, helping turn ideas into practical and engaging projects.
She also supports the selection, organisation and preparation of creative materials, as well as packaging and workshop activities. Through her role, Chloe is developing her creative thinking, attention to detail and confidence in taking responsibility for her ideas.
Aubrey Ding
Junior Project Lead
Project Support & Operations
As Junior Project Lead, Aubrey helps turn Create to Give ideas into well-organised projects and activities. She supports project preparation, workshop setup, event-day organisation, packing and distribution, helping projects run smoothly from planning to completion.
She also supports volunteers and younger participants when needed, and contributes to checklists, project progress and practical tasks. Through hands-on experience, Aubrey is developing her organisation, teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
